Waterfront

No fueling of gas tanks at docks!

No boats tied overnight to any of the four outer floats

End float is used for Loading and Unloading Only

Washing down of boats to be done on side docks only during Saturdays,
Sundays & Holidays.

Boats tied to the four outer end docks should not be left unattended on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays

All skiffs (15 feet or less) assigned spots on the south facing docks are to be tied up stern to with bow anchor or mushroom. The first five floats have been reserved for these boats.

All requests for skiff space should be made in writing to the WBYC Board of Trustees @ P.O. Box 3434, Waquoit, Ma. 02536

All dinghies 9 feet or less to be tied to dinghy docks. Only one dinghy allowed per membership.

All dinghies must have a minimum 10 foot painter line which should be attached to the bow. No Chains or Locks on Dinghy Lines Allowed

All dinghies must display current dinghy sticker.

Dinghies with motors are to be tied to the easterly dinghy dock only.

All sunfish & Opti's to be stored in the sunfish racks and not on the beach or marsh grass

No boats of any type are to be pulled up and stored on the beach or grass by the picnic tables

No Filling of Gas Tanks at the Docks

All gas cans and outboard motors to be stored in the gas shed and Not in the club basement.

Children 12 and under Must wear lifejackets while on the docks.


Clubhouse & Grounds

Members must accompany guests at all times while on club grounds.

Parking stickers for members' cars should be placed on the driver's side (lower lefthand corner) of the front windshield.

When staying overnight on your boat, please park on the right or left side of the lot or by the fence. Please double up your cars whenver possible.

All guests cars should have the member's name displayed on the dash at all times while parked in the lot.

Waquoit Bay Yacht club can be used by senior members for private functions only upon completion of the required form and provided the requested date does not interfere with a club function.

The WBYC board will not approve requests for private functions during the months of July & August.
